Rolling Over

Do you remember I promised you at the beginning of they year I would tell you what God had been working on in my life for 2019?

Drumrolls please

Okay seriously!

Focus image

We were working on focus together. I have never been a person to focus on something for too long especially if it is a topic or subject of interest that I am not that interested in –– you know with my wild heart of adventure, discovery and all.

If I am honest, I wouldn’t say I managed to nail it 100% but I have managed to check off 98% of my 2019 goals. Isn’t GOD AWESOME? Yes and He deserves a shout if praise!🗣🗣🗣🗣

This has been my best year yet. I learnt to hang on to God when things in my life didn’t seem to make sense and He gave me what He promised.

#Peacemugs
Isaiah 54:10
Though the mountains be shaken and the hills be removed, yet my unfailing love for you will not be shaken nor my covenant of peace be removed," says the LORD, who has compassion on you.
Isaiah 54:10
Though the mountains be shaken and the hills be removed, yet my unfailing love for you will not be shaken nor my covenant of peace be removed,” says the LORD, who has compassion on you.

This coming year, I would now like to use that focus on something else, something bigger, bolder, challenging and hey guess what! You will all be a part of it.

I want to thank God sincerely for His goodness and faithfulness, even when it hurt to keep trusting and hopin, He was and is still on the throne. Therefore, my faith says, even if I do not understand, LORD YOU ARE.

I know better things lie ahead this coming year and decade. So I will rest my head easy and keep honouring Him.

If there is something I have learnt this past year is that, God does not ignore the processes. Many times we might cry ourselves through so many disappointments and bad breaks but that must never make us think that God does not honor our efforts. Whether big or small, we should press on being faithful.

Sin presión no hay diamante
Without pressure there are no diamonds

I have this sticky note on the wall to remind me I am a diamond in the making.

Ooooh and one more thing, for the people who think they have to pray so formally to God for Him to listen–naaaah… He still hears us when we talk to Him in the PSV, in the kitchen, in the streets. That is why He is omnipresent. If you are struggling with prayer especially at night or early morning, you can speak to Him even as you are walking.

I guess that is it from my Gypsy Heart!

Stay blessed and Happy New Year to all my lovely readers.

Until 2020.
