I forgive myself

Letting Go

God, grant me the serenity
to accept the things I cannot change [leaving them in Your hands],
the courage [and strength] to change the things I can [within and without myself],
and the wisdom to know the difference.
Living one day at a time,
enjoying [and appreciating] each moment at a time;
accepting hardship as a pathway to peace [not resenting the process] ;
taking, as Jesus did,
this sinful world as it is,
not as I would have it;
trusting that You will make all things right [in your own time] if I surrender to Your will;
so that I may be reasonably happy [and contented] in this life and supremely happy with You forever in the next.

Change my awful attitudes, my general outlook on life, the way I deal with people and circumstances — in ways that are displeasing to you—  and help me to see people and things as You see them [give me new vision] and help me to be as you are.

Lord, please work on my heart I pray…work on the heart and soul of this small gal from Nairobi, Africa, and cause her to do that which she cannot do in her own strength [which is Your will].

Lord, help me not to get discouraged easily from today henceforth as I have gotten this past year. I desire a revived passion and a heart of obedience to Your word daily.

Hear me O Lord, for I am insufficient and in great need of Your direction… because truly…

Thank You for loving me as undeserving as I have been and for being so faithful to me yani I can’t even describe Lord…if people could just taste the sweetness of Your Love Jesus aaai! ♥

Thank you.

Amen.
