When I did not know what to do,
I did do what I could.
When I did not know what to use,
I used what was availably present.
When I did not know where to turn,
I turned to Thee O Lord: my sole deliverer.

I know that You are good,
And that You do good;
I know that You are always timely;
You are never too late or too early.
I know in my heart that You are good;
And no disconcerting circumstance shall reason me out of Your goodness.

Lord, You remain my shield and strength;
Even in times of doubts and uncertainty.
Yes! I know in my spirit that You are good and that Your love for me is from everlasting to everlasting.
Shall I fail to praise You when I do not understand my plight?
Even if I have a little strength, Lord, I shall yet praise You; I shall sing of Your goodness.
Yes, I shall call upon You.

For my hope is in You – always.
And let it be known to the powers of darkness.
Yes, I do tremble and fear;
I am timid and weak,
But the Lord who is my Shepherd;
He is faithful and true.
And I stand close to Him at all times.
For He leads me in paths of righteousness for His namesake.

And as Job said,

Job 23

10 But He knoweth the way that I take: when He hath tried me, I shall come forth as gold.
11 My foot hath held His steps, His way have I kept, and not declined.
12 Neither have I gone back from the commandment of His lips; I have esteemed the words of His mouth more than my necessary food.
13 But He is in one mind, and who can turn Him? and what His soul desireth, even that He doeth.
14 For He performeth the thing that is appointed for me: and many such things are with Him.
15 Therefore am I troubled at His presence: when I consider, I am afraid of Him.
16 For God maketh my heart soft, and the Almighty troubleth me:
17 Because I was not cut off before the darkness, neither hath He covered the darkness from my face.
